- Reason for being. The need it fills, the problems it solves. The why?
- How will your site stand out?
- Setting up smart goals for growth
- Define the Brand – Choose a Domain name, Logo, the Voice, to help build a brand around
- Work out a Monetisation strategy: short and long term
- Q and A your own personal site
